Back to blogging! Sound familiar? Hopefully this time it sticks 🙂
We just moved, and I think the best thing about that is our new grill !!!!
It’s a beauty. I call her Brinky….
So first night with a new grill, what do we cook?
A chicken! With veggies not doubt.
We had zucchini, onions, and peppers to go with our chicken, which was seasoned with salt, 21 seasoning salute, and olive oil. Tooo good.
A hot 160 and this bad boy was ready to devour…after sitting for 10 minutes.
CJ wanted to munch at the juicy bird so bad I had to fight him off with the tongs. Only a little blood was drawn, no worries.
This chicken was delicious, juicy, and full of that “flame” taste. As always, the best thing about cooking a whole chicken is the abundance of leftovers. leftovers for giant salad beasts the next day.
Think I could feed a nation off that one.
Broccoli slaw, romaine mix, spinach, grilled veggies, chicken, sun dried tomatoes, cucumbers, pear, almonds, and peppers.
The only thing that would have made it better is if it had been grilled.
