Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders

We have an addict around these parts.

He’s about 6’3″ and obsessed with all things bacon.  like ALL things.  ALL things chicken too.  If bacon or chicken could cook him food and watch wrestling with him I’d probably be out a boyfriend.

Since I’m not, and since I’m the best girlfriend ever I combined his two favorites into one. It’s way too easy.  So easy it doesn’t really need a recipe, but since it’s so delicious it gets one.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders

1 lb chicken tenders (or one package, or breasts cut into strips)

Bacon (however many tenders, that many pieces)

Pre-heat oven to 400. Line sheet tray with foil (to help with clean-up) and place wire cooling rack on tray.

Wrap one slice bacon around each tender.  Place on rack bacon seam down.

Bake for 12 minutes, flip, and bake for 12 more minutes.

Chicken should be done, but double check just to be sure! 165 internal temp or no pink juices.

Devour.

and hide from all addicts.  Somehow, some went missing.
