Would you please tell me what coconut nut oil you buy. I was reading about you mom and how she fells so much better. I use coconut oil too just would love to know what brand you buy thanks so much Kelly.
I buy Nutiva brand, I get it in a huuuuge container at Costco for about $22. Any brand that says “virgin” or “cold pressed” is the best! It has the most nutrients in it
