For the most part, I avoid grains, legumes, dairy, processed sugars, and seed oils. However, I am not perfect and I am not trying to be. I don’t have any food sensitivities, which means occasionally I will have rice or corn or gluten or whatever will make me happy in that moment.Life is all about balance and I’m far too young to have come close to mastering that balance.
I am sooo NOT the expert on paleo. I just pretend to know everything about it. So far, so good.
